Does free delivery apply to everything?

Free delivery covers all local orders and most pet treat, merch, and home product shipments — specifically any order with shipping charges under $15. We'll email you a discount code after you sign up; due to a website limitation it can't be applied automatically.

How does the referral refund work?

Refer two new paid members (they must be new customers, not existing ones) and we'll refund your full membership fee.

Do I need to be local to join?
